It is time for the International Cafe which I put on with a friend H just before Christmas each year, and where dishes from around the world are prepared and donated by parents from around the world and I surreptitiously display a picture of the Queen, Elizabeth 2.

oh that looks wonderful! How fantastic to have all those musical parents around - and did they really sing all the German carols? or carols in German? or just a big mix of everything?
ReplyDeleteI miss the internationalness of our previous life - although, having said that, we keep discovering Germans around here and we all talk German together which we find pleasing and they find surprising. The latest was a lady who sells organic vegies from a small stall at the side of her farm.
